Appointments were always short and efficient, and we never waited more than about five minutes. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff are wonderful with kids. Everyone speaks in such a calm and mellow way that my daughter never felt nervous or stressed. Dr. P was also very thoughtful about finding the best treatment approach specifically for my daughter. For example, she recommended an Invisalign expander instead of traditional braces and later suggested Vivera retainers during the day rather than a night retainer that would make talking more difficult. We really appreciated that the treatment plan was based on what would work best for her rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. With good discipline, my daughter completed her Invisalign treatment in less than a year and a half, and we are very happy with the results. The office is also very well run. The payment plan was explained clearly from the beginning, and the front desk staff often recognized us as soon as we walked in and had us checked in right away. I had a jaw expander and braces as a kid and Invisalign once before as an adult and my teeth still didn't touch. She was confident she could close it and make it better and I'm so glad I trusted her! My husband actually had a different reason for seeing her. Dr.P did Invisalign to get his teeth prepped for a double jaw surgery to correct his underbite. He just had the surgery last week, so he'll still be working with Dr.P to get everything perfect once he's healed, but she definitely made the surgeons work a lot easier. Also, she genuinely cares about you as a person. She always asks about our son and I made an offhand comment about his snoring and she asked a couple of follow up questions and asked me to bring him in for a scan so she could check his airway. Sure enough, he had almost a completely restricted airway during to enlarged adenoids and tonsils. She suggested we see an ENT to get him evaluated since that's not her specialty and they confirmed her suspicions based on the scans. Moreover, she texted me the day before my husband's surgery to wish him luck and to offer a home cooked meal or door dash to make sure my son and I didn't forget to eat while taking care of my husband post surgery.
