I've been going to the Baxter Cycle Open House events for a few years. I've always been very impressed with the friendly and personable staff there. I think they hire probably the best folks in the area. They routinely have events with demo rides, so you can try all sorts of bikes. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a bike listed on their used bike page and just had to go in to check it out in person and take a test ride. I loved the bike at first sight and quickly decided to trade in my 2017 Bonneville T120 for this wonderful 2013 Triumph Thunderbird ABS. Jeremy and Vincent were both so helpful and definitely went the extra mile to make sure the bike was 100% ready for the road and did everything to ensure I was thrilled with my new ride. These guys have earned a lifelong customer. I'll never go back to the big box store motorcycle dealers. It's a bit of a ride out to Marne, but well worth the effort. And soon, they'll have a shop in Omaha for Royal Enfield motorcycles and for bike service. Most excellent! Super friendly. Well stocked. Clean shop.
