Sad I didn't know about this place sooner. I grew up in San Francisco, love dim sum, and crave it all the time. There are decent spots in the Seattle ID, but this is my new go-to for to-go.
Favorites:
- Chicken feet were fresh out the steamer -- melted in my mouth and so tasty.
- Pork spare ribs were juicy and tender, and the rice rolls were silky smooth.
- Siu yuk (roasted pork) had crunchy skin.
- Bok tong go (sweet rice sponge cake) was light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They make thinner pieces, which I much prefer. A full box for $5.
Also good:
- Ha gao (shrimp dumplings) were huge with lots of shrimp filling.
- Jin duy (fried sesame balls with red bean filling) was less greasy and very crunchy.
Service was quick and friendly. They were busy with walk-ins early Saturday but cranking out new steamer baskets to keep up with the demand.
Space is bright and clean. Prices are very reasonable. Love it!!! read more
