Had a really great experience with everyone at Bergs auto. I inquired about a car and immediatly got sent the free carfax report that i requested and pictures and videos of the car I was interested in. I scheduled a private showing for the car I inquired about and did a long test drive with my sales guy, James, in which I brought my family of 4 and he made us feel comfortable the entire time. The sales process was very smooth and all done within an hour or two. No back and forth or long drawn out paperwork/pitches you get at a regular car dealership.
The car is gorgeous and was priced very competitively. Even after the sale, they have been extremely responsive with phone calls and emails with questions we had about the car. Thanks for a great experience! read more
