Absolute worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in to have nails removed, she basically cut them down then ripped them off with another nail tip. The experience was similar to what it would be like had I just ripped them off myself at home. My nails were completely damaged afterwards but I gave the benefit of the doubt assuming there would be some rehabilitation (filing, shaping, cuticle oil - literally anything) after removing the nails. She just told me to wash my hands. I've had nails removed many times and there's always work done in a way to protect the nail as much as possible & rehabilitate them. I will Never be back to this place. read more
