Today (11/24/25), dropped by at 1:00 PM and went to the drive-thru to place my order. Fortunately, we met Athena, and she provided excellent customer service to us! I simply ordered an Iced Mocha and a Banana Bread. Used the BigFoot Java App to redeem my free Birthday Drink reward as well. We are regulars to this specific location, so it was great to see someone we knew working there and making us feel comfortable during our drive-thru ordering experience.
