I go to this stand every sat and sun. My wonderful barista Mary is there each time. I have seen different baristas work with her on both those days alot. I will say this last weekend I felt bad for her. Saturday the manager was with her (manager), the energy i felt from her was that of irritation, anger and not wanting to be there. I asked mary who that was she stated it was her manager. Sunday she was working with a new barista i have not seen, I will say that the other barista needs alot of help. She look confused, scared, and I could tell the customers on her side were not happy. She is someone who should not be in a customer facing position, or where speed is required, I believe her name was (skyler) The baristas i know that work there from before some have worked with her on weekends the team i would love to see each time on a sat and sun is Maddie and Mary. They work so great together, as well as a couple others. I love Mary, every time me and my dog come through she is always happy, fast amd accurate. She can make my drink and the other windows drink with ease. I stopped going to this stand due to the other baristas, but about 1 month ago I decided to try it again, and I found 1 of the best baristas. I will only go when she is working. She alwaysmakes sure to ask me how i am doing and how my day is, if im doung anythingfor the weekend, sometimes starts her shift at 2am and still has a smile an always happy, and talkative to me. I have never felt any negativity or frustration. I had to work late yesterday so I ended up stopping by even though it wasn't a weekend so i was hesitant, and to my surprise Mary was working graveyard shift. And still she is happy, fast not too mention she makes the BEST surprise redbull, white mocha, Carmel frostbite and Nutti Yetti. Those drinks i get each time i come. They have never tasted bad when she has made them. I think she is the top tier barista. Thank You Mary for making my day always great. read more

Today (11/24/25), dropped by at 1:00 PM and went to the drive-thru to place my order. Fortunately, we met Athena, and she provided excellent customer service to us! I simply ordered an Iced Mocha and a Banana Bread. Used the BigFoot Java App to redeem my free Birthday Drink reward as well. We are regulars to this specific location, so it was great to see someone we knew working there and making us feel comfortable during our drive-thru ordering experience. 2/1/2025 11:30am I've just had the worst hot soy latte ever! It had no coffee taste at all and tasted like milk tea. I should have ordered a steamed soy milk instead, which would have been much cheaper. Has the espresso shot class shrunk? Or have they reduced the number of espresso shots in their lattes? This way, you can ask for an extra shot and pay extra. I'm extremely disappointed about this. However, my daughter's drink was okay, and the two sandwiches we ordered were delicious - the bacon sandwich was the best, and the sausage sandwich was okay but not as good as the bacon. Once I was about to order I could already tell the African American girl with a lip piercing and short curly hair taking our order did not want to work. Couldn't even hear what she was saying mumbling and talking low looking annoyed. I gave my order and she got it wrong then once I asked if she can fix it, it was just missing whip cream and she added the smallest amount barely anything. Just had a pleasant experience today at this location! Luckily, I was at the front of the line before a rush started, but I was surprised at how fast the baristas efficiently worked together to get through the line. BigFoot Java is usually my favorite, especially since it's open 24 hours. Tonight was disappointing though--I waited about 7 minutes at the drive-thru and no one came to the window. It really sucked because I was in the middle of doing deliveries and needed a quick pick-me-up. I'm also glad I didn't have a pickup order from this Auburn location, because a customer probably would've been more annoyed than I was. I was craving a sweet drink and didn't feel like waiting in line forever...you know what I mean...so opted for this location. I'm glad I did because they're serving cereal themed drinks!! Something about brightly colored or sugar laden cereal is really nostalgic for me. As someone who no longer eats cereal but loves cereal milk flavored protein powder, I had to try it. Yes, it's a dessert in a cup. The barista said that the drinks could be made with or without coffee, so I ordered the Frozen Apple Jacks (for son) without and a Cinnabon Latte (for me) with... guys, it's SO good. Cute, cozy, fun and great coffee. All staff were wearing face masks and seemed to really like their jobs. The staff really made this visit. Seriously. I visited 10/24 at 1:30pm. Who all was there needs a raise or a very firm HIGH-FIVES! When socially acceptable of course! They noticed my kids were in Halloween costumes and engaged with them and offered them suckers right away and made sure my drink was right before I left. I knocked it down a star for a few reasons. Some they couldn't control though. 1. I had a free drink on my account for my birthday that apparently expired a week (7days) after my birthday. It was now 15 days past my birthday. Who knew this was a policy. As a customer of 10 years, I had no idea. But they couldn't honor it. Since I no longer live right next to one I do not get to one as much as I would like. Bummer. Makes it hard to justify going out of my way to get them if they can't make small exceptions here and there for long standing customers. 2. They charge for a cup of water now. I tried to get a cup of ice water for my kids. That was a no go. I could pay for a bottle of water or kids drink. Those were my choices. So my $6 drink didn't justify a small cup of water. 3. They will put hot water in your iced americano unless you specifically ask them not to. Unsure of why this is a practice here. 4. Location. It's hard to get to off the highway but not awful. I'm writing this morning as I am very disappointed to hear that Big Foot Java will be charging more for an orange juice without ice. I love the convenience of stopping by in the morning to pick up an orange juice or a coffee on my way to work. I tend to order OJ when I know it's going to be a busy day because I can drink it slower without it getting ruined. Now that I know that Big Foot Java likes to cheat their customers I will not be returning. If you think it is okay to water down your product and increase prices, then expect to lose customers. I pay good money for what I order and expect to have a good product. I really hope you reconsider making this change. Customers get screwed by businesses all the time it's refreshing when you find one that actually cares about their customers. I thought that was Big Foot Java, but I guess I was wrong. read more

First off, MEGA SIZES! You can get a 44oz drink for about 7-8 bucks I think. I've only had two kinds of drinks - Abominable White mocha and their special latte? (can't quite remember the name but it's on the bottom of their specialty drinks list). The white mocha iced is super sweet so I opt for half sweetness and no whip. It's still sweet but with an extra shot it's about right for me. For coffee lovers I wouldn't recommend as its a sugary drink with more emphasis on sweetness than coffee. That special drink is not sweet like the others. Normal sweetness is not really sugary and has a very nutmeggy spice taste but good! I forget to ask for light ice but I recommend that. read more

I always ask for half the sweetness whenever I get coffee from here. Love stopping by here during the summer to get blended vanilla chais. So rich and creamy! When we were at the window we realized the car on the other side seemed to be a friend there for "social hour". April 20th, I went to this stand to get a green apple jet tea (blended) with caramel. Instead I got a drink that tasted like ice cream. I have a lactose intolerance, by the time I left with my big 32 oz drink and tasted it I knew the drink was wrong, but it was late around 8:30pm - 9pm and I was tired and not in the mood to go back and have it corrected if it could be. 07/29/2020 I have been here several times and as usual, the staff is very nice and professional. My complaint today, my order has always been the same. A grande customized mocha and large ice water. Today I was told that due to a new policy I could buy a bottled water but couldn't get ice which is a must for any water. I could understand this if all I was asking for was water, but I pay and tip every time I go. I always buy something from big foot near the 18 freeway either a nutty yeti or a strawberry passion fruit Red Bull. I was here 2 days an a row since my shop I work on is near. I ordered a strawberry passion fruit Red Bull this morning 3am, a single and asked if by chance I can get an ice water. The worker said "sorry but my manager said I can't give ice water".
