I've been eagerly anticipating this BigFoot Java opening, if only to fill the void left by my late evening coffee cravings after a long day at work. (I much prefer Issaquah Coffee House, but they close at 7pm.) I happened to be picking up Thai food at Noodle Boat (just to the east) and saw the inviting beacon of caffeinated goodness. The mocha was smooth-tasting, and they remembered the whipped cream. There are drive-through windows on each side, though that doesn't work very well on a really busy day if there's only one lady working. Driving through the parking lot is going to be a great practice for my teen. Best egress is near the Jack-in-the-Box as the light will let you turn either direction on Gilman without much fuss. read more
