Probably the worst stand out of all of the bigfoots in the area. I tend to go to a different coffee shop for my redbull drinks but thought I'd go to BF since it's close to my job. I'm diabetic so I tend to ask for all sugar free drinks. First time, a few weeks ago I asked the gal at the window for all sugar free - redbull and syrups. She let the gal making the drinks know sugar free everything. The gal making the drinks started adding the regular syrups and I tried to tell the gal at the window that it should have been all sugar free. The gal making the drinks got frustrated and said "you should have told me" when she did. The gal at the window then said "it's okay we can give it to the next person" and the gal making the drinks in a snarky voice said "no one orders sugar free" and then proceeded to make my drink wrong again. Second time being last week, sent my coworker to get some drinks for us. I get really busy as I have back to back clients and needed a pick me up. Again, my coworker asked for all sugar free with a bit of cream in it. She was given the wrong drink and I only realized it after I had taken a big sip of it. Cream also curdles with sugar free drinks and it was not curdled. Wish they listened to their customers as some of us have dietary restrictions and also not making us feel like a burden for asking for sugar free items. I stopped by BigFoot Java on a Sunday morning when out and about doing a drive and errands and needed a caffeine fix. It looks like of like a backwoods log cabin Bigfoot himself would dwell in. The drive thru line was a few cars deep but moved pretty steadily. The baristas inside were super friendly and hard working and offered treats for my dog in the backseat. Their drink menu is robust with a wall of syrup flavors to pick from. They also have a decent array of munchies, though they were out of pumpkin bread at the time so I got a muffin instead which they offered to warm up. Prices are pretty standard the my oat milk latte came out nice and tasty. I'd be happy to return for another round based on the initial experience. read more

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was so disappointed, yet again. I gave this place one more try, that was a mistake. We ordered three drinks. A loaded Americano, a London fog, and a water. The Americano tasted like straight motor oil. The London fog was fine but they were out of earl grey tea. They forgot the water. We went back to get the coffee remade and it wasn't much better. We were very nice asking them to remake the drink and the baristas looked pissed that we came back.The customer service was terrible. Lots of attitude. Growing up in Issaquah, this was one of the few late night spots open that wasn't terrifying . There was nothing better than a midnight 12oz Nutty Yeti. This is one of the BEST places to get coffee, hands down. The fact that it's the only 24 hour spot on top of that makes it that much better - NOTHING around here is 24 hour, and when do I REALLY need coffee? Yes, 3 am!! My husband loves the Nutty Yeti & I love the mochas with whip. And the price for a 24 oz is the same as a 16 oz at the corporate burnt-tasting coffee company who will not be named. I am here on a Thursday at 10:40 pm. Usually, I love all the workers at bigfoot and they are so kind. But, there was a new employee working who told us they were out of red bulls even though i peeked over the counter and saw the whole containers of red bull in the cabinets. We went through the drive through on the right first and the employee said that we could do two separate orders. We had to re think our orders after they said there was no red bull, so we pulled back around the other side. This employee said that we could not do two separate orders and also after we asked for whipped cream said that they ran out. I know that you can make the whip cream as I saw the other employees do it before. So I think this has just come down to laziness. This never usually happens here and bigfoot is know for red bull so you'd think they wouldn't "run out". read more

I'm so glad I found this place! First of all, the baristas are the sweetest people. And they have everything you could ever want in your coffee. I'm a fan of the long list of sugar-free syrups, as I normally can't have anything sweet or flavored at anywhere that doesn't offer sugar-free syrups, but this isn't the case here. The first time I came here I asked about their blended coffee drinks and they mentioned that they have a sugar-free powder mix for white and dark chocolate, which I was happy to learn. Then mentioned that they usually make the blended drinks with ice cream, but said they can use an alternative for me since I don't like too much sugar in my coffee drinks. They have alternative milks like almond, coconut, hemp and also nonfat vanilla yogurt. The sugar-free white chocolate frappe was awesome, and more importantly, I felt guilty-free about it. For another visit since I knew about their extensive sugar-free syrups I asked if they could make a s'mores-like drink, which they could. They used a sugar-free syrup and had sugar-free toasted marshmallow. And since I got it iced it had the perfect amount of ice, as the drink wasn't too watered down, which sometimes happens at other places. I also like that this place is a drive-thru as it's super convenient to come here and get your coffee quickly, especially for me, as I get this on my way to work. There are two drive-thru windows on each side of the small building and even if there's only one barista, she does a great job at speaking with both customers. I noticed that she had returning customers and knew them on a name-basis. I love that about businesses! Plus, if you need a LOT of coffee they have 32oz. cups. Woot! read more

There is a certain barista there who seems to clean and spray chemicals while making your drink. Also my cup lid ALWAYS tastes like her lotion or perfume or whatever. It makes my drink gross and I try to avoid her. She has a huge pink scrunchie. It's gross and I'm pretty sure none of them know how to correctly follow even the simple hand washing guide even before COVID. Please please please if you are the manager make sure these girls go back to learn proper food and drink handling and maybe they all need to get a new food handlers card and go back to that class. I've been eagerly anticipating this BigFoot Java opening, if only to fill the void left by my late evening coffee cravings after a long day at work. (I much prefer Issaquah Coffee House, but they close at 7pm.) I happened to be picking up Thai food at Noodle Boat (just to the east) and saw the inviting beacon of caffeinated goodness. The mocha was smooth-tasting, and they remembered the whipped cream. There are drive-through windows on each side, though that doesn't work very well on a really busy day if there's only one lady working. Driving through the parking lot is going to be a great practice for my teen. Best egress is near the Jack-in-the-Box as the light will let you turn either direction on Gilman without much fuss. read more

I love love Big Foot Java, it's one of the best coffee ever for the lowest prices I've seen. On top of that, open 24 hours?! I'm one of those heavy coffee drinker that would have random cravings for the taste of coffee at any given time of the day (or night) so it's great that Big Foot Java is always open! It actually blew my mind that they were opened on Thanksgiving at normal hours where everywhere else was closed by noon or something. They have some house special that I'm just a fan of, I wonder if they put crack in it or not because it's strangely addicting. Try the abdominal white mocha or mythical mocha!
