I spent nearly 2 hours to start the process to do my first donation. The doctor looks at my Tattoo on my bicep 2 inches from when the needle will be placed. Told me I couldn't donate because of it according to their policy. I Read the tattoo policy multiple times and it states that it can't be where the needle will be placed to donate. The needle would be inserted away from where my tattoo is. The nurse wouldn't even take the time to look at my other arm. read more
