This dealership is now Blue Compass RV under Dan Stone RV one. Our experience with the dealership for service has been horrible! They had our trailer from November to April. Our Aurora Travel Trailer windshield was installed and paneling damaged. This is the 3rd window! The original window at purchase had trim that had been poorly installed and we brought it in to have replaced under our agreement we made when we purchased the trailer. They called and said the trailer was ready and the windshield was cracked. We just picked up today and this is what our paneling looks like. This is a 1 year old trailer and they damaged all of this paneling. We called several times before we came today and the phone just rang unanswered. We were finally able to reach someone and asked that the slides be opened so we could see the seals they were supposed to fix. I was given keys and no one helped us at all. We hooked up and left. When they cracked our windshield we were told to take the trailer and they would contact us when the parts were in for repair. What!? You can't have that on the road with a cracked windshield! Do not come to this dealership for service unless you absolutely have to! Go to Kline's. read more
