On August 11th they damaged my Brinkley Z 3400 that I just purchased new in June by backing it into another trailer on my way to pick it up from some warranty maintenance and an installation they said they could do, changed the time it would take to do it twice then to not being able to do it at all. I found my storage doors all unlocked and even after telling them to lock them 5 days later when I stopped in by they were still unlocked. This time I had my extra keys to do it myself but their lot is fully accessible 24/7. Communication sucks at this dealer from the service department, sales staff and management. It should not ever take a week to get a return call and that's after repeatedly calling them during this time.This place is as bad as Mike Thompson RV in Colton. I will gladly drive the distance to be taken care of better. I should have bought my trailer at Blue Compass RV San Marcos. I had the trailer moved to another dealer to finish the repairs and not delay my install any longer. The company that did the fiberglass/paint repair by BC Palm Desert did a horrible job requiring it to go to a paint shop The damage has added by the time it's all said and done an additional 2 months of down time on the trailer bringing it to almost 3 months total by the time I get it back.
