Their website had detailed information on all of their coaches, trailers, and fifth wheels, which made it easy to narrow down what we were looking for. I had a few follow-up questions about a fifth wheel, and they responded right away. When we went to see it in person, Juan walked us through every detail of the fifth wheel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where everything was and how it worked. I was honestly a little overwhelmed--this 39-foot, 2022 Raptor was much bigger and fancier than anything I'd ever owned (my previous RV was a well-loved but aging 2004 Bounder!). We made an offer, signed the paperwork, and waited about a week for everything to be ready. During that time, we had Riverside Hitch install the new B&W hitch we needed for towing. They did an excellent job and offered the best price we found. When we returned for delivery, the Raptor was washed, hooked up, and ready for our final walkthrough. The loan documents were prepared and the financing process was incredibly fast. We even received a better interest rate and lower payments than we expected. We had looked at after market warrantees but the company they offered was a better price and way better coverage. We were in and out in about an hour, which was a blessing since we had driven from Colton and had to tow this beast home for the very first time! I pray for KARV's continued success. They truly earned our business, and I've already recommended them to three friends and family members who are looking for newer RVs. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

Then they sold him another one for $60,000. On a 20 year contract, 9.9% interest compounded daily! He was 95, his wife just died. In my opinion they took severe advantage of him. Then the owner lied to me about buying the first one back when it was actually put on consignment. AND said that type of financing was normal and common. Get real. From the first moment we walked on their lot until the time we drove away in our new motor home, it was ALL good! Clint is a low pressure salesman who let us wander through the lot without pressure. Super nice fella as well! When we found the one we wanted, Chris and Anthony worked extremely hard to get a great price and extraordinarily good financing package for us as well. Chris the sales manager is the most dismissive person around. He does not give one shit about his clients, and it clearly showed. Anthony the finance manager, lacks empathy in his apologies when confronted with the poor treatment received by Chris, and the absolute lack of communication, and blatant dismissal of my requests. Then there is Josh the blatant liar who lied to me in text when I was confirming that the due bill work had been completed and our RV was ready for delivery. He was even stupid enough to send me a picture of work that had not been done, while telling me it was actually done. Mind you, we were CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS. We had to beg for wiring information, Chris and Anthony downright ignored my requests for Extended warranty information. Josh flat out lied, both verbally and in writing. Our new RV was scratched when it was taken out for fuel. It was delivered with a chip and crack in the windshield and an aqua hot system that required over $2k in repairs just days after we took delivery. These people are liars, they are dismissive, demeaning, and disrespectful. If you are wise, you will run like hell from this Mike Thompson's RV because if they allow just one location to be this dishonest and deceitful, I am sure they will allow it at all of their locations.

Rudy let my wife know on Monday it fell through and Rich actually told me it fell through as well. We had two salesmen confirm it was available. I took off work to go buy it, half way there I get a call saying it was sold. The amazing thing is that it went from $39,900 Saturday to $44,999 on Monday. No wonder they backed out of selling to me. Worst way to run an organization is by lying to customers. I would suggest you stay as far away from the Beaumont RV dealer group as possible. They have no problem lying and obviously are not ethical. They already took down the new price of $44,999!! What a joke of an organization.
