From the moment I walked into Blue Compass San Marcos, I could tell it was a great company. I was greeted by Ben, the friendly Sales Manager. Since all of the Sales Assoc were busy, he got me started, then let me peruse the lot myself. Absolutely NO PRESSURE! When I returned with questions regarding a pre-owned travel trailer, Sales Associate, Matt, rose to the challenge. He answeted my questions, and didn't hesitate to ask someone if he needed more info. He was friendly, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. After chatting with Ben, they offered a stellar price on the trailer. I returned the next day to seal the deal. That's when I met Antonio from Finance, who also was all smiles and eagerly told me about his first RV. He made the daunting task of financing the trailer simple and easy. The next time I returned they rolled out the VIP carpet, had a sign with our name on it, and beverages on ice to celebrate the big purchase! Jim gave me a tour of travel trailer, which had been cleaned and prepped, with AC and lights ablazin'. He ensured I knew how to operate everything, and was very helpful and friendly. When I noticed a couple of minor details the required attention, he called Danny from the Service dept, who arrived quickly and assured they would be taken care of. Danny also double-checked my hitch set up and recommended something else for improved safety. While I was disappointed I couldn't take my new toy home, I was grateful he was looking out for the safety of my family. I highly revommend the Blue Compass.
