SNOB ALERT Blue Mercury is a luxury beauty store that offers a wide range of high-end skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products from popular brands such as La Mer, Oribe, NARS, and Jo Malone. They also provide personalized skincare consultations and makeup application services. I was on my way to a Yelp Event and not really looking for anything, but I knew I need a few items in my makeup arsenal like undereye concealer, some eye shadows, lipstick and lip liner. The staff were friendly for the most part with the distinct flair of highbrow snobbery. I was not all entertained by it and kept right on looking at the merchandise at hand. The first suggestion from one of the employees was of course the highest priced item that money could buy for ONE item.
