I sent a package to a client via one of my employees accounts , the receiving client was anxious to receive the package that was sent during a pandemic AND WAS ON HOLD ON CUSTOMS in the mean time the boxes were in customs , the client using the employees bm number had an employee in the Dominican Republic give her all the information of the boxes received with full details of the packages received not sent by me the bm employee even provided the client with the address to the home of our employee , what kind of company allows their employees to provide someone this information home addresses this customer showed up at my employees house without letting anyone in my company know she was on her way to his house THIS IS PRIVATE INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!! I asked the customer service what are the policies in this case and she said they have no way to punish any employee of any location that logged in the account without the sending partys permission , how do we keep our employees safe, this could have been
we are not longer part of your company since you can't keep track of the employees log in into accounts we are highly concerned about our other employees safety which unfortunately happened with BM CARGO!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
