Fortunately I was able to cancel the order before it had shipped out. I have included a screen shot. @Nicoris O.: before you talk down on everyone regarding as to what a freight forwarder is, you need to fully educate yourself better on the scam these criminals are really running. What they do is have you send the package to the address in Doral, Florida. However, the package isn't actually sent there. They are consolidated at the Opa Locka distribution center, and put on a large truck, which is delivered to the BM Cargo Warehouse/logistics center. There, EMPLOYEES OF BM Cargo (not USPS employees) unload are responsible for doing the delivery scan of the item! If an item isn't scanned in, or THEY damage it while handling it, they open a claim against the seller on eBay or whatever other ecommerce service you are using that the item wasn't received. Since there is no proof of delivery, typically the website will automatically settle it in favor of the buyer, with the seller having to refund both the cost of the item AND shipping costs. They presumably assume that the seller will eat the expense or become their accessory in opening a fraudulent insurance claim, even though postal insurance doesn't actually cover for damage when it's in the possession of the third party shipper, nor do typical ecommerce platform buyer protection policies apply. With this arrangement, not only do they fraudulently push the responsibility for their own mishandling of packages onto the seller, but they even have a perverse incentive to intentionally "lose" or report items as damaged, since THEY GET TO KEEP THE ITEM AND RESELL IT SEPARATELY. In effect, you, the seller, wasted your money and time so they could sell your item and keep all the proceeds! And if you don't think they are doing this, you aren't paying attention. I've spent years trying to block freight forwarders on eBay, after I did a little analysis that over HALF of my items that get delivered to known private freight forwarder addresses ended up having lost or damaged claims opened up on them. These idiots, whom I hadn't had the displeasure to deal with/block yet, just did this to me the other day. I actually called USPS and asked them to put a trace on the package, and they told me that yes, it had been delivered to BM Cargo at the distribution center, but they couldn't add a destination scan after the fact, so now I get to argue with eBay about whether I'm required to refund the buyer, even though THEY explicitly violated eBay's buyer protection TOS, and my own terms posted on my store. Yeah. Incidentally, I googled the name attached to the order, and they are located in Higuey, Dominican Republic. I make it VERY clear in my listings that I ONLY will ship internationally via eBay's own International shipment program and explicitly prohibit sales to freight forwarder addresses. Fat lot of good that did. I do see that one of the only -good- reviews here was left by someone in Higuey, so I am wondering if they are the same person trying to sock puppet reviews. read more

I'm an eBay seller who was scammed in 2015. I'm back here to re-write a review I did after noticing it was removed for violating terms of service? Not sure why? When people are reporting this company as engaging in scams. I sold an iPhone on eBay and shipped it to the address listed for this company. Item was signature required, item was delivered and signed for. A week later a dispute was opened by the buyer "never received" they claimed. eBay held my funds and took it back out of my account. I filed an appeal and showed them the proof along with print screens from Yelp which back in 2015 had a few complaints that I was able to use in my claim. Thankfully I got the $700 back from PayPal after proving my case was from a fraudulent buyer and arguing with eBay that they failed to vet and verify their buyers and sellers appropriately. So here it's 2021, something told me to just come back and read my review and I noticed it was removed either by Yelp or the company probably requested Yelp to remove it. Which I think is pathetic. However I will formally file a complaint with the FBI to launch an investigation of this company, a class action law site should be initiated so that eBay sellers can get reimbursed for their losses. It's apparent that someone is working for that company at this site, who is specifically involved in fraud and need to be investigated. Let us all file complaints to the FBI and the more complaints they receive the more fast tracked this investigation will be. read more

I have been using BMCargo about 2 years now. I have my packaged delivered to Miami address and Miami sends off to Higuey. They do not ask you to put any credit card on file. In fact we are not able to pay the shipping online. The recipients in DR is the one that has to pay the fee when they pick the package up. We deliver to Higuey and have never had issues. My husband pays in pesos at the office and gets his package with no problem. (within 2 weeks) If someone stole your credit card info I am going to assume they stole it from somewhere else. Since some homes over there don't have address they need their packages delivered through these kind of services. BM Cargo is the cheapest route for us. I would recommend. Also don't forget to sign up with Aduanas so there isn't a delay in your package. read more

I have a long story, but I have told my family and the Dominican Republic to cancel the BMCargo account and we will go with another company. It was still the point to where I was about to get legal representation and the BMCargo staff is not very helpful in Miami or in Santo Domingo when I was there visiting, and I went to the BMCargo office to try and get the items that I mailed back in April, not only have we not gotten items but BMCargo let the items sit at the airport for so long that the customs department sold or was about to auction the items then I had to pay $300 to someone at customs to get the items back only to now be charged at BMCargo for the items again so this is just a brief overview of my experience with BMCargo and the items that I sent was a use PlayStation four that was $170 a pair of Jordans that was $100 and a Xbox 360 that was my own personal Xbox that I was giving away as a gift I had to pay 300+ dollars at the airport because BMCargo let the stuff sit for so long when I have sent BMCargo email after email after email with copies of the receipts showing how much the items cost but every time I spoke to BMCargo. They assured me that my IMS were safe and would not be lost, but once I went to Santo Domingo, it turns out that my items were still at the airport and when I went to the airport to retrieve the items, I was told that the items had been put up for auction because they said at the airport for so long so no I would not recommend BMCargo if you have an alternative, this is just a small bit of the story and I have emails to back up my story from as far back as Aprell. I sent a package to a client via one of my employees accounts , the receiving client was anxious to receive the package that was sent during a pandemic AND WAS ON HOLD ON CUSTOMS in the mean time the boxes were in customs , the client using the employees bm number had an employee in the Dominican Republic give her all the information of the boxes received with full details of the packages received not sent by me the bm employee even provided the client with the address to the home of our employee , what kind of company allows their employees to provide someone this information home addresses this customer showed up at my employees house without letting anyone in my company know she was on her way to his house THIS IS PRIVATE INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!! I asked the customer service what are the policies in this case and she said they have no way to punish any employee of any location that logged in the account without the sending partys permission , how do we keep our employees safe, this could have been we are not longer part of your company since you can't keep track of the employees log in into accounts we are highly concerned about our other employees safety which unfortunately happened with BM CARGO!! With the amount of so many 1 star reviews and only two 5 star reviews, it's easy to see that the people giving it 5 stars obviously work for the company. Glad I read the other reviews after a few red flags went up. I was almost duped into sending my eBay item here. There should be no reason for this company to be a third party in forwarding outside the US because eBay allows you to ship internationally. There is no need to use a service like this to avoid international charges.
