Terrible. Worker is terrible, claimed to "own the town of Ossining and can get away with whatever he wants" He will run this business to the ground. The worker boasts and takes advantage of the work the owner put in. The owner does not seem to mind this behavior. Dishonest and will do anything for a buck. A vehicle (not mine) was towed over a sign that has not been removed - so the vehicle was parked correctly. The owner of the spot calls bobs, bc though they failed to have a sign, it is their "spot" and marking their words, "have gone through this over 15 times". Instead of fixing their issue they have guests towed by this one company. After being confronted with evidence they got defensive, started cursing and got unprofessional bc they clearly do not want this business to end with this spot. They charge a minimum Of $150 per tow plus $75 per day so $2250 minimum on this spot alone. All shady business.. Undeserving of your business. More honest, good companies out there to give business too. read more
