I'm updating my review because the owner saw my previous review and personally cut my hair herself free of charge. Lisa did a fantastic job of cutting my hair. Now I can style my hair any way I want without having to hide the mistakes by previous stylist, Nate. If you're looking for a hair salon I recommend Bombshell, especially Jill and Lisa Joe. This salon is a woman-owned/bipoc-owned business operated by an Oregonian who was raised by small business owners. Lisa Joe is committed to providing excellent service and she really takes pride in her craft and her business. Lisa Joe told me she has owned and operated Bombshell PDX for ~20 years and that she is dedicated to providing quality hair care. I recommend this salon and can say from experience that you will walk away happy with your cut and style. read more
