Avoid this shop if you care about the safety of you and your family. I replaced my tires here a couple years ago and everything had seemed good until a week ago that I got a flat tire right after a freeway driving (so lucky!!). After checking the tire I was shocked to find a few large cracks on the sidewall of the tire. The tires still had good tread depth and appeared having several more years to go. Accidentally I noted that the tire was mounted backwards, with the side being supposed to face inside facing outwards. So I checked the other 3 tires and found that another one was also mounted in the same wrong way. It seemed that they randomly mounted the tires to the wheels, not knowing that the tires are asymmetrical. These two "backwards" tires showed numerous little cracks but the two correctly mounted ones had none. So it seemed clearly that it was their fault that had led to the premature failure of the 2 tires. "It was such a stupidity", as my tire tech called the unprofessional mounting. See pictures. Even worse they did not respond to my messages at all. Since we have moved away from Bothell area, I decided that it is not worth the time and energy to argue with them about the issue, instead with an honest online review. These "mechanics" did not care about the quality of their job and lacked necessary knowledge about cars. I just wondered where their good online review come from??
