I recently moved back to the Valley after many moons of being gone. I moved to the Whit and I hadn't been able to explore my neighborhood to much since I got here. I ended up needing a Carotid Artery Dissection and eating has been a challenge this last few weeks. Today I tried out the Mac Stroganoff with Braised beef with homemade crispy onions and a light cream sauce. It was very delicious, then the gentlemen gave me a homemade Marshmallow to try and it melted right in my mouth. Thank you kindly man. I will be back down the trail.
