I love Braised. Brought a friend on Sunday, and once again, the polenta bowl was amazing. I added beef this time. Outstanding depth of flavor, the tender beef, the creamy polenta- There was much rejoicing. It is deeply satisfying food. This time, added the seasonal soda- blueberry- my friend had mango. Both are worth getting again- very bright, sparkly and refreshing in the heat. We tried the mango custard -seasonal fruit dessert. Are we on a cruise? Alan is amazing- a genius with food, and a friendly businessman. I find the food excellent and in conflict with traditional food truck stereotypes. You can take the food to go for a meal tomorrow!
