We've been to Briarpatch several times now, and it really feels like Congress Park finally has a great neighborhood restaurant. On a recent Saturday night, we had fantastic margaritas made by our lovely bartender, Ryan--easily some of the best we've had in the area. We started with the tomato, carrot, and coconut soup, which was outstanding: comforting, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The veggie burger was clearly made from scratch and served with crispy fries, and it absolutely delivered. Overall, we left happy and already looking forward to our next visit. P.S.
