Jose Arias was hired to re-grout the bathroom shower, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, the quality of the work was subpar. Jose installed an ill-fitting toilet seat (even with the toilet brand given to him) and the chipped bathtub was painted in a color not matching the rest of the bathtub. In addition, Jose quoted extremely overpriced services as "deals" (other contractors quotes were far, far less). Jose also re-grouted the shower and stated it would not need to be grouted for at least another year. Four weeks later, Jose was contacted as the grout was starting to come off; however, Jose did not follow up to the messages. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend Jose Arias, and I would advise looking elsewhere for reliable and professional contractors who value customer satisfaction and stand by their work. read more
