I had a flat tire while en route to an appointment, turning a routine afternoon into a stressful situation. From the moment I called AAA, the service request was handled by text. The estimated arrival time was already faster than I expected, but the tow truck operator arrived even sooner. His speed and efficiency was truly appreciated drastically cutting down on my stress and waiting time. The service provided was flawless. The operator was the definition of professional. He quickly and safely assessed the flat tire and efficiently switched the spare. He was educational, taking the time to give me helpful advice on what to do on my way back home. Beyond the speed and professionalism, the standout quality was his friendliness. It's rare to encounter such genuinely pleasant and helpful service, especially in a stressful situation. He turned what could have been an awful, time-consuming breakdown into a positive experience.
