We ordered packaged for two and got five pounds of burger patties in each vacuum package. Most all of the vacuum packages on everything leaked, we were careful in our handling. The sirloin steaks, two per package would feed at least five people. The bulk burger was great, when we got to the last box in the bottom of the freezer, 30-35 1lb packages. it was all marked "Wild Game Ground Elk". It was still in the box and had my name marked on it. The reason we have been going to Craig Colo was to insure a good cut, proper handling and getting OUR meat back. They are very expensive but I don't mind paying for quality. We sent eight prime steers, no one was very happy with the overall quality and service. read more
