Larry showed up very quick, faster than any tow I've experienced. He is polite, humorous, and worked very fast. Our vehicle slid sideways off the inclined driveway in the ice & snow, right over a rock that caught the underbody. It wasn't an easy tow out, but Larry handled it with ease and was methodical to make sure the vehicle wasn't damaged. As we were recording video, he commented "Sorry for the boring video, but boring is a good thing in my line of work". HA, great attitude, personable, and very reasonable.
