If you're coming to check out this nice old hotel in the mountains (that inspired The Shining), you can enjoy a pleasant lunch with a nice view while you're there. The restaurant only opened 2 weeks ago, so some things are a work in progress, and they're clearly short-staffed. I liked my Rise and Shining (eggs, bacon, potatoes, salad and toast), and Janice and Sophie had a good time with the Wendy, Darling (fried chicken sandwich with pickles and slaw between two waffles).
