I CAN'T HYPE THIS PLACE ENOUGH! Okay, I will admit I have known they existed for a while but I thought it was another mediocre chain. My fiancé and I stumbled upon a picture of the pork tenderloin sandwich from Bubba's 33 and he literally couldn't get it out of his head. So off we went! We went late-ish on a Sunday. There was no wait. Host and server were absolutely amazing. The place is large and very busy with neon and screens. Awesome loud music selection. I'm sure sports ball was playing somewhere along with music videos that appealed to our Gen X and millennial selves. The server let us know that they specialize in scratch made food for everyone and the menu backs it up. We ordered fried pickles with their house made ranch. They were great! Thin sliced and crispy batter! The ranch can hold its own! My fiancé ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich with loaded fire fries. I ordered the shrimp tacos with loaded seasoned fries. My plate came out and the manager Chris explained that they had unfortunately ran out of pork loin BUT they managed to cut and tenderize a piece for us and the food was on its way! He apologized and gave us a few coupons for apps. I told him I really appreciated that they actually put in the effort because that's specifically why we came and he could've easily told us they were out! Our server also apologized for the wait. Everyone was so attentive! The food was well worth the wait. It was fresh and tasty! The fire fries are INDEED fiery, so beware! Great taste and portion sizes.
