June 3, 2024 and we came for one last dinner (off to the airport in the morning). We split a 3 meat platter. The okra was obviously fresh and was enjoyed. The ribs had a tasty/mellow (no bite/not spicy) rub and fell off the bone. The sausage taste like a slightly smoked kielbasa (nothing special). The pulled pork had a fabulous flavor. The pit beans were wonderful, and my wife was thankful. Nobody saw her, licking the inside of the container. We did not try or use any any of the sauces/barbecue sauces. They serve Pepsi products and have a few bottled beers. The blackberry moonshine was very good. The staff was great and we enjoyed sharing a few laughs. There was also 2 TVs. The parking lot is huge and they have a drive up / drive-through window too. read more
