I am glad that I came here with my friend. I have been to several locations and remember when they opened the very first location in Memphis. It is insane how much Buff City has branched out as much as it has in such a short amount of time, so seeing this business thrive and to become as successful as it has is pretty neat. As far as the Jackson location, it is nicely organized, a decent size. I like that it is not overly cluttered and you have space to move around in it. I think some of the other locations I have been to are a bit more crowded. They have a section that offers local flavors, and other varieties sectioned off between neutral scents and more seasonal scents. Customer service was good. I think for our interaction, it fit the bill and we had a goodtime talking and them teaching me about their product. Also, I enjoyed getting my shea butter made.
