I took my 2 year old granddaughter there for her first time. She was a little overwhelmed at first. An employee named Kayleigh helped us out. She couldn't have been nicer! I'm going back with my other granddaughter next week. I think the price of the bear is fare but watch out for all those accessories, they add up fast. I buy clothes/shoes for my grandkids cheaper than I did for the bear. Want a scent stuffed inside? Extra! Want a sound? Extra! Of course we did both.
