Thank you Cherylynn N. for always scouting out great restaurants. She is pretty awesome. Burger Stack is located right next to a popular El Farolito. If you don't want to wait in line at El Farolito, then Burger Stack could be a good option. My double stack burger with egg $15 and garlic fries $8 came out quick, as I was the only customer at 7pm. Burger was juicy and the egg was made well done. No complaints. They use red onions. I would have preferred a thick slice of white onion instead. They used leaf lettuce and that is my preference. The garlic fries were decent with visible pieces of garlic. Although, I would have liked more garlic. You know, like the ones at the ballpark. These are a distant 2nd. The interior felt stale and lacked what a burger joint should be. Perhaps the owners should put up some local art or install an antique jukebox. Regardless, good job team at Burger Stack.
