Stopped by Elk River Burgers today and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was cooked just right with melted cheddar and crisp lettuce, and the fries were hot, fresh, and cut just the way I like them. You can tell they put care into making it a classic hearty meal.
The atmosphere feels small town and welcoming with rocking chairs and flowers outside giving it a real front porch vibe that fits perfectly with the local charm.
The tea was nasty and there were ants everywhere on the picnic table. You have to eat outside and the outdoor trash can was completely full which took away from the experience. A quick fix with more frequent clean up would make the place shine a lot more.
Overall it is still a solid spot for a good old fashioned burger and fries and worth a stop if you are in the area and can't Wait a While read more
