The first few times I went to Bytes, I really enjoyed the experience and atmosphere. However, the last time I visited was a completely different story. The drinks were absolutely awful (& not cheap!) I had the raspberry Long Island and it tasted like medicine. My husband ordered a VooDoo Ranger and it tasted flat. Paid $20 for a gaming card to waste some time before seeing a movie at Regal. I realize this is an arcade and they cater to chicken. However, they do have a bar and attract an older audience as well. Entire arcade smelled like dirty diapers. Many of the games - such as the ball throwing clown one and basketball hoops - lagged or did not accurately keep score. The space didn't seem very clean or kept up. Definitely wouldn't go back, particularly because there's a mini arcade & bar that rarely gets used inside the movie theater. read more
