El Jefe is a brand new authentic Mexican restaurant that is now open and definitely worth checking out! We started with their Michelada! Our mugs were frozen, topped with chamoy and tajin! Fresh squeezed limes, Clamato and Dos Equis was our beer of choice. Their chips and salsa are made fresh daily, the flavors are delicious! We started with the Leopoldo ceviche tostadas, they were very fresh and came with a lot of toppings! We also split the Happy Plate and it has a lot of great different kinds of meat cooked to perfection!! The servers were really friendly, attentive, and always made sure that we were doing well!
