If I could rate Caliber Collision 10 STARS, I would! They completely deserve it!!! I got into an accident on July 18th, submitted a claim with USAA that afternoon and decided to go with an approved USAA body shop. I narrowed it down between Caliber Collision and another local body shop after reading the reviews. My husband called both shops and felt comfortable with LORENA. He said she was extremely helpful, friendly and very easy to talk to. So we chose Caliber. At the beginning of the process, my husband took in my car for them to look at the damages. BRAD gave him an estimated timeline of two weeks. After we dropped off my car, Brad would send my husband text messages on Tuesdays and Fridays just to keep us updated on the progress of our car. We loved how easy and convenient it was! My car was ready before the two weeks estimate! We were supposed to pick it up after 5:00 PM, but had a previous engagement planned. So they were able to accommodate our schedule and picked it up four hours ahead of schedule. When we picked up my car, it was in BETTER condition than when we first bought it! Caliber detailed the inside and outside so it looked brand new! I definitely wasn't expecting that from an auto body shop. And we couldn't even tell where the damages were on my car!
