Had an accident and had to look for a car repair shop. Had to go through the list of the insurance and saw this place. A lot of locations to choose from but just selected Caliber Collision Evergreen Way. I did the selection online and immediately got a call from Olivia. Very pleasant, calm, knowledgeable who helped me schedule the drop off. I finally brought my car and met Daniel. Daniel another very pleasant, calm and knowledgeable person checked my car. He fully explained the process and what to expect and all. Got an update each time there is something to let me know. He texted me every step that they were doing and updated me of the expected pick up date. This place did an awesome job of putting my car together like new. People coordinating the process and everything made me feel good and important. I would no doubt recommend taking your car here for repairs. They take good care of you and your car.
