Very pleasant, calm, knowledgeable who helped me schedule the drop off. I finally brought my car and met Daniel. Daniel another very pleasant, calm and knowledgeable person checked my car. He fully explained the process and what to expect and all. Got an update each time there is something to let me know. He texted me every step that they were doing and updated me of the expected pick up date. This place did an awesome job of putting my car together like new. They are horrible. My car got hit from behind and they were to do a 4 point inspection and I got my car back with a tire wobbling and numerous people pulled over to tell me this. So I took it back and they argued with me about having to replace the tire. Like they wanted me to pay for the broken rim and tire. Plus it took for ever for them fix it. They surely didn't do a four point inspection thats for sure. Unrealistic, and disrespectful. Don't recommend. read more

I had work done in my car last year, 2023. My Honda pilot was rear ended during a hit-and-run so the back was pretty smashed up. My service started out great, with a great advisor. Some of the parts needed to repair my car Were on back order, the advisor. I had said he would release the car back to me until the parts came available and then I could bring my car to finish the rest of the back bumper. This worked out great for me as I wouldn't have to have a rental car for too long. I dropped my car off at the end of June to begin the work, and I picked it up about two weeks later. This was the time that I was waiting for the last piece of my bumper to come in. A couple months go by and I hadn't heard anything from the advisor. So I decided to give caliber a call and the advisor that was working with me had moved to another location and the priority of my car got pushed to the side. It was a little frustrating, but I understood and had them schedule me in once the part came available. About a month and a half later I went in and caliber put the last piece on only to realize there was a shiny bottom lip part that was still missing. I ended up waiting another month to get it fixed. During all the months that my car was in and out of the shop, my car sensors were not working. Anytime I would hit the sensor button. It would keep screaming. I figured this was because it didn't have all the bumper pieces on it. So I got used to not using the sensors. I reached out months later, as I noticed that the sensors were not working still, and the bumper repairs were all done. When I called the Everett location. I spoke with the woman who is very rushed on the phone. I told her she could call me when she wasn't busy and gave her my phone number along with my information related to the car claim. no one ever called me back. For all the time that I patiently waited to get my car repaired, you would think they would have the decency to give me a call back. While the work was good, the service not so much. And the time it takes to get work done and the back-and-forth isn't really worth working with them. I went to a caliber close to my house to get this issue repaired and it's been a nightmare of runaround once again so I can consistently say I think it's the business itself doesn't put priority on cisor back up their own work. I had them work on my truck.It was hit In the side two weeks after I purchased it. They fixed the truck everything was great until I wen to pick it up and the nightmare begins.The paint looks terrible there's a run and the texture is on the same as the rest of the truck.They said they were still waiting on the decals that trim the windows and when the parts come in they will fix everything.As I was leaving I noticed that there was a stain on the back seat they half heartedly tried to get the stain out but it was permanent they said they would get me a new seat cover.this was all a year ago my truck is still has not been fixed. they keep saying there waiting on parts some parts that I was not even told about and they will not fix the paint un they have all the parts. So I call the corporate office and filled a complaint they said they would contact me with in two business days it has been four so I called back and they said they will call me within the hour. still no call so I am writing this to warn people. read more

The two stars are because our car looks great, it's detailed inside, and smells new and I'm happy that the mechanics are awesome at what they do!! The customer service here is terrible!! I only took my car here because our insurance recommended them. So many miscommunications between my insurance and Caliber Collision which made things hard to start with. We brought my car in on the day our insurance told us to since they made the appointment. We arrive only to have the service advisor M make a bigger deal than necessary about how they couldn't fix it until next week on Wednesday and had all these other cars to fix first because they were helping other sister shops that were backed up. Someone had called me and left a message but my husband had talked to the insurance company so there was a lot of confusion since we all had different stories. When I was frustrated about wasting our time and rushing to get off work that day and now having to figure out the drop off again, I was told that they "go with the flow around here" I am pretty busy and would appreciate more of a reliable schedule for when things will be handled. We decided to leave the car anyway since we didn't have time to bring it back next week. I received a call Monday to "go over what they were going to fix on my car" I was at work and told M I couldn't talk long right now. Well she told the staff that she did talk to me before she left for vacation. I hadn't called her back yet so that was not true at all. When my husband called to check they didn't believe him since she had told the staff she talked to me. Wednesday arrives (the day they were supposed to start working on it) and my husband had to call since we haven't heard from anyone yet. He is told the car will be done tonight. I was also told that someone left me two messages about picking it up but I don't know who they called, it wasn't me....no missed calls and no messages left. Ok so no problem, trying to keep my cool through all this drama, but it's big hassle since we were not ready to pick the car up and we had to switch both our work schedules around and both the car seats to make this work. (If you have toddler car seats you know what a pain it is to move them around) It's still Wednesday and caliber collision accidentally ordered all the wrong parts and it's not going to be done. We received a call in the afternoon on Wednesday when we were getting ready to head over. Why call so last min? They really do expect everyone to "go with the flow" Its now Friday...we have switched cars, car seats and schedules around yet again for this place and guess what, that's right, now my car won't be done until Monday! The best part is they called right when we were heading over to pick it up around 4 pm! Last min again! It's Monday and my husband had to call at 4pm since we haven't heard anything from caliber collision about our car yet. Well the car is not finished still. My husband was frustrated (wouldn't you be by now?) M offered to let us take the car but there was no guarantee the paint would stay on since it wasn't dry yet....Is that a joke?! (When I confronted her about this she absolutely didn't say that! Insert eye roll here) We are now being promised the car be done tomorrow morning. I have heard this story multiple times now. We both work and this is inconvenient. It's Tuesday. I received a call from M at 3:15 with a message to let me know my car is finished and I need to call to schedule a pickup time. I hope it really is true this time! Came to pic up the car at 5 and the staff was kind enough to offer to return our rental across the street. At this point I'm pretty over it and I tell her that this place is pretty unreliable and that I would do it myself thanks. Well that did it for M! She got super defensive and tried to tell me they have called me and left a message every day this week. This is incredibly untrue as I only have one message from her on my phone and that's from today. The only other time we talked was at the beginning of all this. I was also told that they only had to change our pickup day only once and that was because of the wrong parts being ordered. I must have been imagining all the car switching, car seat trading and rushing to get off work. I don't appreciate being told that I am making things up. Poor M got offended and was incredibly rude the remainder of the time we were there. She even bowed to me as I walked out the door! I've never had so many problems, so much miscommunication or experienced this kind of "customer service" getting a car worked on. I wish I would have just gone to the dealership. This has been incredibly inconvenient and I would not recommend anyone bring their car here unless you have time for all nonsense. read more

I got my car fixed here a month or so ago and for the most part they were really good, my car looks awesome. They took about two weeks to fix it but worth the wait. The only issue I had was attention to detail, a minor gripe but my right blinker was not working and when the got that fixed a few days later I seen they forgot the wiper fluid so I had to go back the second time both quick fixes so no big deal. I went to Caliber Collision on Evergreen and when the gentleman looking at my car found out I needed work that would not be covered by insurance I was absolutely floored when he suggested that I do something that to me sounded like insurance fraud. I was shocked that someone would do this and asked for clarification. He repeated what I could do in order to have the work covered and both times he finished his statement with a wink. When he sensed I was not on board with the plan he said it was a joke. This was completely unprofessional and I would NEVER do business with a company that encourages breaking the law. read more

I'm here in Seattle area to help take care of a sick family member, on a last minute plane ticket (from the east coast, so expensive!) and with a car that is not mine to use so I can get around while I'm here. The car had to be parked half a mile away on the street because there's almost NO visitor parking here at this apartment complex where I'm staying. Anyway, I got up this morning and went to do errands and make sure everyone had what they needed, only to find that either last night or this morning someone sideswiped that car. Sigh... I was extremely upset and emotionally disturbed by the sight. It's hard to be away from home, dealing with illness of a loved one and all the little things that you try to cram into limited time with the people you love before you may lose them. Those things have worn me out and I had nothing left to keep me from despair at the thought of having to tell my spouse about the damage to a car that is not even mine, pay the deductible and file a claim with my insurance company. All the ways I could have used that money, money that would now be going to fix the result of someone else's carelessness just wrapped me in frustration. So this afternoon I found an auto-body supply store in downtown Everett and got on my way, hoping they could tell me what I needed to buy to try and fix the mess myself. While I was driving down Evergreen Way, I passed Caliber Collision and did a double-take. Why? Well, I didn't know they were a nationwide franchise. I just got my personal car back from our local Caliber Collision in Virginia, my 2017 Volvo S90 which is my absolute baby and it was fixed to perfection by the CC shop there at home! The name "Caliber Collision" and the excellent job my local shop did on my own car drew me in and I turned around to stop and see if maybe they could help me instead of continuing on to my original destination. I pulled in and walked into the shop about 30 minutes before they closed. I could see a man and a woman sitting behind the counter, and when I walked in they stood up. I explained the problem and what I needed, and asked them if they could tell me what to buy OR tell me if I just needed to make an appointment to bring it back to them for repair if I wasn't going to be able to do it myself. The woman behind the counter introduced herself as Lena and said the man was her paint guy. Jeff. They walked out to the car, looked at the side and in less than 30 seconds reassured me it could be fixed in minutes...that it wasn't really damaged at all it just looked like it~ So Jeff disappeared for a moment and came back with a rag and a buffing pad, and just like it never happened he basically wiped it away then buffed the side and checked it thoroughly for any other visible scratches or damage. Meanwhile, I started crying like an idiot right there on Lena's shoulder! The stress that I'd been carrying all day while thinking about what kind of mess I was in and how much I dreaded telling my husband that I'd once again been a walking disaster, coupled with the relief of seeing the mess disappear like it had never happened made me just come unglued. She just took my emotional fallout in stride, like she deals with idiots like me every day. I tried to pay them or buy them dinner or anything to compensate them for their time, but both Lena and Jeff the paint guy just kept saying they were happy to spend a few minutes fixing what (to them) was just a small problem that was easily resolved. That they didn't need anything and their motto was to "restore rhythm" to my life, to do good for no reason other than doing good. That's rare anymore. Especially right before people "close up shop" for the day and are in the mind set to go home. They could have just said they couldn't help me and finished their conversation. But they didn't. Anyway, I drove away 10 minutes later with a car that looked exactly the way it did before it got sideswiped and a HUGE load of stress off my mind!! I'm pretty sure I was already a devoted Caliber Collision customer, but there's no doubt now. The way that Lena and Jeff acted today, the way they just fixed what they could without expectation of reward or anything else was the best possible example of customer service. They are top employees, and I hope this location knows what they have in these two. That they are rare souls, and are an asset to the company. To Lena and Jeff, thank you again, both of you, for taking what was a completely stressful situation and resolving it just because you could. I have an older BMW that got slightly rear ended. I had taken it to two other shops (total crooks) closer to my home and both wanted astronomical fees to replace my bumper. I took it to Caliber to have it checked out. Michelle at the front desk was honest and told me they could fix it no problem, no need to replace anything at all....AND gave me a great price to do it. Took my car in, was given a 5 day turn around, and had it back in pristine condition in 3. The girls in the office were great, and the team that repaired my car was great. Really really disappointed by their customer service. Got rear ended and they are currently working on my car. I called on Friday for an update and I was told an estimator will call me back with an explanation on my estimate. Never received a call. Called back on Monday and they apologized and said they would call me back right away. It's now Wednesday and still have not had or heard an update. I just tried calling them and they asked if I could hold.... I was on hold for 10 min and it disconnected and now they won't pick up my call. Overall very poor customer service. Update(from 1 str to 3 star): Finally got through to the estimator Mark he was very apologetic and courteous. His report was very detailed and he was helpful. I'm waiting to see how my car comes back and will provide another update. read more
