They ruined my jacket and they don't care. I have now called 3 times and waited 2 1/2 weeks for the owner to return my call. She won't call me back. My gorgeous white blazer got a small mark on it and I decided to take it in to get it cleaned. When I got it back the jacket had marks all over it. Discolorations, long skinny marks, etc. The jacket is ruined. When I asked about the damage I was just told that "is the risk I take when I give my clothing to them".... if you like your clothes pick a different cleaners that actually cares about their customers and their clothes. Worst cleaners I have ever used. I should have read the other reviews before taking my clothing there. My jacket would still be wearable. Note: they don't actually do any of the work there. It is just a pickup/drop off location. Maybe my jacket was ruined in the transportation step? Don't trust them with your clothes. They are not trustworthy. read more
