I had extreme problems buying my power supply and laptop chord from this company. They sent the shipment incorrectly, and refused to believe me when I told them there was postage due. They were overcharged and the shipment was not sent to me in they way they had a receipt for. I have lost considerable work hours due to this, and am at risk of loosing a project because I am still waiting for it to be resolved. The woman helping me, even after telling her that I had a receipt from the usps, said her company paid usps twice the cost of the shipment (why they didn't verify this cost for them selves before paying it is beyond me) If you sell something it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the customer receives the product they paid for, in the shipping fashion they paid for, in the time they paid for. From now on I am buying aftermarket parts. It was not worth my time or my money to do business with capital data. read more
