I've used PC Perfect on multiple occasions throughout the years on various laptops. They've always…read moredone a fantastic job and I'm a very satisfied repeat customer. They give free estimates and have even been known to fix problems I've had without charging me anything. Their repairs also come in for far less than it would at other repair shops, especially the big name box stores. When I had an piece go bad within three months of their replacing it, they replaced it again with no charge. They also made recommendations for what laptops to purchase based on those they had the least amount of trouble with. Repairs are sometimes slow, but not as slow as they would be at Best Buy where they always have to ship it away for a minimum of two weeks.

I paid $23 for an electrical-outlet charger that converts to a USB-port charger. (State employees get a $7 discount). I was greeted immediately, even tho the place was packed, I did not have to wait, as I was just making a simple purchase. The gentlemen were all friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, and never got more than 8 steps from the front door. They brought the product to me and used their portable scanner-computer-thingies to ring it up.
