This coffee shop is Capitol themed (hence the name) and makes you feel as though you're enjoying your coffee, latte, or even beer (yes they have beer) in a wing of the Capitol. It's conveniently located a block from the Capitol and is decorated with all things State of Texas from the chairs and even the tables. Pictures of your very own Governor and well as other politicians cover ever inch of the wall. While they have your regular Chai Teas, coffee drinks, and other lattes, they also have Texas themed drinks as well. And instead of the usual small, med, large sizes, their sizes are Gov, Sen, House. How cute! As a first time customer I was suggested to try the Texas Honey Latte. Pretty tasty! It includes a mix of Honey and Vanilla and is topped with Cinnamon.
