I lived at the cornerstone micro studios. And you get what you pay for. The building itself is built like paper. Outside of the rooms the flooring cave in as you step in certain areas. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so you hear everything. And the neighboring area is super noisy. There is no type of security even though there is a fence. Multiple homeless and robbers were able to hop the fence and one even came up to my roommates room and started banging on her door violently and continued to pace around the apartment while yelling. Management charged only me a $40 cleaning fee stating that they came to our common area and cleaned it. There is still black mold under the sink that has been there over year and mold growing around the sink and a build up of oil on top of the vents. This was all here before i moved in.
