Do NOT buy a car from this place. If nothing else, DO NOT buy the extended warranty because it covers NOTHING. We purchased a car within the last year. The bumper FLEW OFF while we were driving on the freeway. It has been six months now and they still have not fixed it. They have given us NOTHING but the run around and then finally told us we have to go through the dealership even though we purchased the extended warranty and still pay for it each month. If a bumper falls off while you are driving within the first few months after purchasing a car...seems like the dealership (CARMAX) should take care of that. The dealership also will not cover it and told us we have to pay for it first and then we will get reimbursed, which makes no sense. They will be the next bad review. They do not return phone calls and are incompetent. Not helpful at all. read more
