Our second dinner here. Our first was more than 10 years ago for a steak and rib meal. This time was to try out Cattlemen's Happy Hour.
We sat ourselves on a table for two in the saloon area. Our server got our waters and took our orders from the HH menu a short while after.
For drinks, I got the Diily red wine deal and Pendleton Sour. My wife opted for the Horseshoe Margarita and Raspberry Lemon Drop. These libations would score a 5 of 5 for us.
For bites, we got the Beef Kabob, Garlic Fries, Prime Rib Tacos, Baby Back Pork Ribs and Lamb Lollipops. A bit underwhelmed with the dry meats except for the succulent skewered sirloin on the kabobs.
Cattlemen's made a great excuse for us to spend time during happy hour saloon specials from 4-6 p.m. & 9-10 p.m.
It's good that business is doing great judging by the foot traffic coming in during a week night. read more
