I'm so disappointed. I often frequent CAVA, and when reviewing other establishments; I hold them to CAVA standards. The many times I've visited, I always pick up my order. Next time, I will pick up my order and check my order before leaving. I've never had a bowl that was half-full, nor have I had a bowl that came with burnt lamb meatballs and falafels. I was livid, both pieces of meatballs were burnt and were not edible. Sometimes, when meatballs are burnt you can cut that part off. Not these, both sides were burnt and could not be salvaged and were thrown away. I tried to find a site where a complaint could be made, but was unable. I will try to contact the store, tomorrow. Most times, I will deal, but when these were taken out of the oven; it was more than obvious these should have been discarded, even by sight, you can see they were not edible. read more
