I stopped by Cava on a weekday noon to get a bowl for lunch. Luckily there was no line, store was relatively less busy. I got to start my orderr right away. All the ingredients were available. Got my favorite braised lamb with lots of toppings and sauces. Service was excellent, I was done paying and walked out in minutes. The store was clean and condiments section was well stocked. I started eating from the bowl an hour later. Yet all ingredients tasted so good. Just love the flavor all of their ingredients bring it.
