Went there twice with totally different experience.
First time was so good and you can tell the bun was nicely prepared. It's almost like a big burger. So thick, fresh ingredients, and stuffed with awesomeness in between the breads. Milk tea was silky smooth and hot too. A truly 10/10 execution in an authentic HK café (CCT) style.
Second time went there was run buy a few teens or perhaps uni students. Missed orders with eternal waiting after talking with them. Ended up with a cold French toast as the dish was used as a "café intern tutorial teaching material" behind the counter with lots of talking over it. No point to mess up my Saturday morning mood with innocent young people. I was young once and always tried to figure different things out with my hands, but not giving instructions literally on top of customers food though. (Sigh in a long deep breath...)
Would I visit there again? Well, maybe... check first to see who's the chef of the day before sitting down. LOL. read more
