So happy that Celeste is back and in our Holladay neighborhood, too. For our first visit in their new space at the Food Hall, we tried: the lentil soup, house spinach salad, rigatoni, and the pear & Gorgonzola pizza. Wow. The pizza was so unusual and delicious with melty Gorgonzola cheese, fresh pears, a super tasty crust, and pistachios. The lentil soup is vegetarian, flavorful, and hearty. Perfectly cooked rigatoni and spinach salad made this a perfect family meal! Love visiting with the owners who were always welcoming us at Celeste and bring their amazing service to this smaller spot. Can't wait to visit again at the food hall or SoHo food truck park this summer. read more
